so i went to origin and redeemed my code, next i was met with a pop up that said "confirm code activation" and the game won't download nor does it say i have anything in my game library. ive tried to redeem my code in other places and it says it's already been redeemed which is my i don't understand the issue. im getting extremely mad as this game was $40. help.

Log off Origin.
Clear Origin cache https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/origin/origin/origin-my-games-list-is-blank/
Restart your machine.
Log on Origin.
NOTE if your issue persists you need to create an incident using the Talk to a Game Advisor link on the left, and a Game Advisor will assist you.
Select SIMS 4 from the list.
Select a topic for the best results.
Scroll to the bottom and select Contact Us.
Select your platform and list a short description of your problem.
Select live chat or call me to request a call back from an advisor
-For Live Chat try to use Internet Explorer and you need to change your country of residence to the United Kingdom from the menu at the top of the screen.
- In most countries are available between 09:00-21:00 Monday-Saturday
