the game won't download

i  was downloading the sims 2 ultimate collection and it was okay but my internet went offline and when it came back online it wont go back to downloading. I cant pause nor resume. It's just stuck. the only message it gives me is "pausing download".How do i get it to start downloading again?

I FOUND A WAY! uninstall origin and redownload it. and it'll work :manvery-happy:

I have a similar problem - I finished the work of programme okay, but I can't came back to dowload. I want to continue it but there is still error after 2-3 minuts and it can't start dowload anymore.
