Nova (our douther) have Sims4 installed on her computer.

When we installed we registred Stefan Gissberg when Nova was just 11 years old.

Stefan can login to Origin, but he dont have any games.

Nova can login to Origin, there is SIms4 and some packs that vi have installed från cd-

Last week we bought a new pack "Living Island" i think.

The money has been payed.

Stefan has get a mail with a short instruktions.

We have not get any productcode.

On Stefans page we can see that we have bought it.

On Novas sida there is nothing.

Hope you understand what I mean.
