sims4 on macbook

I have loaded origin on my mac book air. 

When I go to play my Sims4 game it is faded out in my library and when I click on it to open the game the play button is also faded out and I am not able to click on it.

I have installed and uninstalled origin on my MacBook air several times but still with no luck.

I am paying for the subscription and have bought many upgrades so is very frustrating not to be able to play.

@27KITA27  When you say you have a subscription, do you mean Origin Access?  Access is not available in macOS, and neither are the games you get through the subscription, which is why the play button is grayed out.  If you want to play Sims 4 on your Mac, you'll unfortunately need to buy it outright.
