sims4 not working well

Hi,

After the new actualization of sims4, my game is cracking like the picture that I put here. I don't know what to do. I already reinstalled my game and repaired, but its all the same. Please help me.

@adrianamoderno98  Try repairing the game in Origin: open your game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.

If that doesn't help, does your computer run Windows or macOS?  There are workarounds you can try for each OS:
