sims4 counters flickering

For the past many months, the counters in my game has been flickering whenever i move the cursor. It has started to irritate me a lot, and my eyes do not like it. I have repaired the game, i have all updates, no mods and cc. I have even reinstalled the game. What else can i do?

@Haeinx  Does your computer run Windows or macOS?  If Windows, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post:

Please also post a screenshot of your in-game graphics settings.  And let me know whether you've experimented with changing them.
