sims 4 won't start

Hi there,

I installed SIMS 4 yesterday, but have not been able to play it because it won't start. This is really very annoying and frustrating.

I cleared the origin cache, tried to run origin as administrator and repaired the game, but nothing works. The game still doesn't start.

What to do?

Hi,

Try running your system in a clean boot. Reply to this thread with a dxdiag if you are still unable to start the game.

Could you also let me know if you are running any sort of anti-virus, anti-malware or firewall programs that might be blocking Sims?
