sims 4 refund

I want to cancel/return my sims 4 seasons and cats & dogs expansion pack. I have checked the requirements and it is under 24 hours of launching, yet it still says it is unavailable for a refund.

@gruesomechic  Unfortunately, DLC is not eligible for refunds.  That includes Sims 4 packs.  Here's the EA policy:

If your computer can't run the packs at all, for example if it doesn't meet the minimum requirements for those expansions (the reqs are higher than for the base game), you can try requesting a refund from EA customer support instead.  There's no guarantee it'll work, but it's worth a shot.
