sims 4 glitch on finalizing

Hello!

So I just recently updated my sims 4 game today, and noticed that once I had launched the game I was given a message on missing content. I was confused and noticed things like the spa missing from my world. I exited the game and went onto Origin and then saw that almost all the packs that I had bought were stuck in finalizing. These are packs that I have played on for a long time so I'm confused as to why they are not working anymore. Ive logged out of Origin to see if that was the problem but it didn't work, same outcome when I restarted my computer. Heres the list of broken packs (Vintage Glamour, Dine Out, Parenthood, Spa Day, Vampires, Cats and Dogs, City Living, Get to Work, Get Together and Seasons) The only ones not messed up are: Island Living, Get Famous, and Realm Of Magic.

@Maayaa22  Please clear Origin's cache (Windows) or run the Origin reset tool (macOS), restart your computer, login to Origin again, and see if the updates finalize this time.
