sign off when I haven't started it?

Why in the start menu do I have origin at the top, place cursor over it and a side panel shows with ME A being recent below that is a line for redeem product code below that Sign Out and below that Quit Origin. 

Now I haven't even started Origin yet and I have the option to sign out or Quit

Sorry but that does not compute??????

I am sorry, but I am a little confused as to what is happening here.

Could you please post a screenshot of what you are seeing exactly?
