Yesterday I was entitled to 5 redemptions on the web app and I only got 1, it is unfortunate that this happens. I've been to the chat and they say they don't have access to the history. The initiative to recover items is excellent but if they cannot have full access and help the players when there are mistakes, it is useless to have launched this. In 2 days, the players that I want to recover will expire and so I will be harmed.
