I am trying to reset password on my other account, I am a origin prime member, but I am not receiving a reset instruction email from yourselves

Be sure to double-check your spam/junk mail folder for those password resets. Sometimes the automated emails can get caught up in spam filters. If you're not seeing the emails at all I'd recommend getting in touch with the EA Help team so they can take a look.
