Hi, I just placed an order on the wrong Origin account.  We did not realize we had two accounts - Soyoungs27 and Soyoungs0027.  I am wondering if I can get a refund on one of the accounts.  

 

Please let me know how to proceed.

We are just a player helping player forum. For this, you need a game advisor. (If the game is part of the Great Game Guarantee, it won't be a problem.)
