I've been wanting to pay my 99$ for hours now to get origin access... and i keep getting the same error (#51003) I've tried it on 3 different devices and it does not work. Please fix this.

Glad to hear that you found a workaround @lukehp5. That it works on the website points to a possible issue with something blocking Origin.

Let's try clearing the Origin Cache to see if it helps.

You can clear the Origin Cache by following the steps below:

  1. Completely log out and close down Origin
  2. Hold down the Windows key and R
  3. Type in "%ProgramData%" (without quotes) and click OK
  4. Now open the Origin folder.
  5. Delete all the files and folders in the Origin folder, except for LocalContent (do not delete this one)
  6. Hold down the Windows key and R
  7. Type in "%AppData%" (without quotes) and click OK
  8. This will take you to a Roaming folder, which is located inside of AppData. Delete the Origin folder
  9. Click on the word "AppData" at the top of your window
  10. Open the Local folder here
  11. Delete the Origin folder listed here
  12. Restart your PC and log back into Origin

Sorry to hear that you are having issues @lukehp5.

That error message generally points to a technical issue on Origin's end. The best thing to do is try the order again and if you continue to see the issue speak with one of our phone or chat support advisers who will be able to advise you further.

You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.

To request a callback or speak with a chat adviser:

Click on your product Origin

Then select 'PC

Manage my Account'

Can't log in

Finally, you can choose to receive a callback or begin a chat.

I've found a work-around, I went to the Origin Store (on the desktop app) and searched for a game that was included in OA Premier and i clicked on "join OA Premier" and that worked!
