redirected too many times

On Chrome a statement pops up "re-directed too many times" and I can not even sign in. On Firefox, I can sign in, but no games will load. What's the problem?

I'd done the cache-clearing and the re-booting a few times, but it did not help. I left it overnight, and today it is working. Computers are creepy.

Nope. I tried clearing the cache earlier. That did nothing.
