"Request A Refund" not working [ Edited ]

I select "Request Refund" on two games I've purchased in Order History (because the games don't work), and I'm taken to a Help page here, which is down: https://help.ea.com/en

I hope this problem is being addressed! I'd like to return these games ASAP.
