Hey,

 

I have a problem with my EA account. I bought  BF:BC2 when I try to sign in account, the key says that is unvaliable and that is in use. So if you could help me with my problem that would be really great.

@hfjashfjuosaf Ah, in that case, try if you can still redeem your key on your Origin account: https://help.ea.com/en/article/redeem-your-serial-code-in-origin/

If you can, you could then use that account to log in to your game. It is likely taken already, in which case the EA advisors will be able to help (as highlighted previously).

If you purchased the game from a retailer, not from Origin, you will have to work the problem out with the seller.  Used games are not supported by EA for account transfers.

I cannot find the game associated to the account you have used to post here. Are you sure that you are using the same account that you had used initially to register the game? I would suggest trying any other email addresses you might have to see whether the game is registered on that account.
