For over a week now I've been unable to access my games as when i open Origin i just get the message:
"Origin servers temporarily unavailable
Apologies for the inconvenience, we’re currently unable to retrieve your list of games. Please reload and try again."
After contacting EA customer service 3 times, there is still no fix to this problem. They first said it was a problem on my end and then eventually admitted it was a problem on their end and to just "wait till it works again"
What is going on?? I just want to play sims and when i asked if they will email to let me know it's been fixed they just said "check the forums"

@allhailrose This issue has been affecting a number of Mac users recently. EA is aware of the issue; here's EA_Tom's post from earlier today:
If you happen to be running OS X Yosemite, you may benefit from downloading the legacy version of Origin, as described in the post EA_Tom linked. Otherwise, you can keep an eye on that thread for updates.
And if you'd like to upload your logs, especially if the legacy version of Origin doesn't help, it would be very much appreciated. Instructions on how to do so are in the first post in the same thread:
