"Access Denied" New Account, Inbox

Hey friends, just opened an account, but get "Access Denied" when attempting to view my inbox. Help?

Hey @DC-RedLine can you provide a little more information as to the issue that you are seeing? Do you see an error message of any kind?

i stuck at "downloading data center 408" . Fyi I played with PC, and this problem already happen for 24 hours. sorry for bad english

It'll take you a couple of minutes to do them all but please do take the time and do them all.
