I tried using the quick sell recovery tool on the web app, companion app, and on the console. None work past the current date. In this forum it is suggested there is a fix by using the web app but this is incorrect. Chat support says it is a known issue and there is no fix and to be patient. Phone support says that the "fix" was published on Twitter and even though they can locate my player in their system as discarded they aren't able to restore him to my club because I didn't use the web app when the "fix" was published.
So, what's going on? Is there a fix? Is this just going to be a problem for the remainder of the game? If my player can be located in your system and I go through the appropriate channels (customer service) why can't the player be restored?
This is bad customer service all around, you guys are lucky you cater to children/teens and not adults because this is unacceptable.
