I bought origins access to get the 10 hour trial for fifa to try it but I need a product code (it said it would come in the comfirmation of payment email but didn't)

Hey @huwr60 if you are being asked for the product key when launching the game then you can find this by right-clicking on the game tile in your My Game Library and selecting properties.

From here you will get a new window where you can find the code you need to copy and paste in.
