preoder with premier

i got ea access premier around march/april -ish to play fifa 18 and i believe it gives you the ultimate edition

i plan on pre ordering the ultimate edition of fifa 20 to gain all the free rewards you get by pre ordering ultimate edition before august 5th but i was wondering do i get any edition of fifa 20 with ea access premier before i waste another 100$ on something i already would get for the 100$ i already spent on premier

This is where you need to carefully read the TOS (Terms of Service) and EULA (End User's License Agreement) that you all ready agreed to when you purchased Premier.
