If you have tried that and still can't purchase, wait 24 hours, and try once more. If it still isn't working then, get in touch with an EA Advisor: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new

 

Log in with your EA Account and choose "Origin" as product, your platform, "Orders" as topic and "Unable to purchase" and describe your issue to see all available contact options.

Have you typed everything in 100% correctly?  CC number, expiration date, CCV code (code on the back)?  Is your card expired?
