I bought same game twice. I just wanted to buy new game pack, but I forgot to put inside a cart the game that I already bought.
I can’t reach a live chat and call center... I tried 10 times.. and Also I don’t know e-mail address EA or Origin
Please, I would like help to either get my money back..the game is sims4 city living.

That's strange. Normally the System (origin client) prevent such a Transaction!?

@dklm75 Live chat & call center shoud be awailable 24/7... what is the problem that you can't reach them?
Possible problem... some players may have issues when using Internet Explorer. If this is the case, please use an alternate browser such as Firefox or Chrome*
