playing problem

I just downloaded the Sims 4. It said completed download nut when I pressed play botton the new small window popped up and said that the game is downloading. What should i do with this?

Is the game fully installed? If it has installed, exit Origin, reboot your computer and see if you can play after doing that. If not, wait for it to install and try to play, then reboot if you cannot.
