plants ve zobies gw2 not working

Can't play PvZ GW2. Brought brand new super expensive gaming pc and it wont work. also i already tried DXSETUP.exe at C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare\__Installer\directx\redist.

Is the game not launching for you or are you seeing an error message of some kind?
