paysafe problem

Hello, I am from Romania, and yesterday I bought a 20 euro paysafe card, in order to buy 2200 fifa points. I have done other deals in the past, with paysafe, but yesterday it did not work 

The error is in the photo below : Your request could not be processed.
That didn't work, let's try again. If the problem persists you may want to use a different payment method or try again later.

Which is the problem, I truly want to add fifa points, and I can't change to other payment method because I ve already lost the 20Euro

 If the issue persists and you're not using PaysafeCard account try redeeming it there and then transfering, that way if it doesn't work you can have it refunded to your Credit Card.
