origin wont dowload on computer

i just purchased sims 4 on my computer. it says i have to download origin, so i press the "download origin" button. A white bar pops up on the bottom where you normally open the program. instead of opening the program it says "the code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP140.dll was not found. reinstalling the program may fix this problem." then it says "the code execution cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME140.dll was not found. reinstalling may fix this problem." please help me!! i just want to play the sims.

@strawberrysilike so i downloaded the MSVCO140 file, and now the error for that is gone. i also downloaded the VCRUNTIME140 file 3 times but it still pops up.
