origin won't stop downloading

Hey i´m having the issue that the download just doesn´t stop whenn i press the pause button.

I click on the download press the Pause symbol the little window closes but the download continues...any help with that?

I have to add that really nothing works in the download window. Everytime i click on it it just closes but nothing actually happens.

Nope l. That doesn't help. It keeps downloading even after for stopping in my case.
