origin won't open (installer too)

hello guy's I have problem with launcher
i installed the launcher
and it was good at first days but suddenly it didn't worked anymore
I did everything i saw in other topics and sites such as clearing cache and temp and uninstalling and ...
but after i uninstalled it, i couldn't open the installer anymore!

now I can't even have origin to fix it

Hi @merwj. 

What has been happening when you try to start up the Origin client? Is it giving you any error messages at all when you try launching it? Also, are you using a Windows PC or is this a Mac?

@EA_Kent Nothing! It doesn't show it self but i can see something in taskbar for a second, it opens and then closes

Gotcha. When you have a chance could you pull up a DxDiag so we can take a look? For more details on how to pull up the file check out the EA Help website.

same here. it will appear in the task bar for a second then will vanish automatically.  did you solve your issue now?

Hey @PremiumC0821. 

When you have a chance can you try clearing the Origin cache to see if that helps at all? If there's an issue with corrupted files in the Origin data then clearing the cache may help.
