origin won't launch even after deletion

my origin on my Mac won't load as all all that comes up is "well, that didn't go as planned" message and I have completely cleared it from my laptop and reinstalled it and still won't launch. I've also tried troubleshooting it

I just wanna play sims 4

any advice?

@olivia_4416_03  What version of macOS do you have?  If you're not sure, click the Apple icon in the upper left corner of your screen and select About This Mac.
