origin shopping cart

I have an origin account and I have it downloaded.

when I try to access the shopping cart or try to add any item to the shopping cart, it just keeps on loading and never opens.

I tried adding an item while offline and it doesn't appear in the shopping cart.

why isn't it opening?

Does this issue happen on both the Origin Client and the website for you?

@NadineAF2000 You could try to uninstall and re-isntall the Origin client to see if that help. Also you could check if the same issue occurs on https://www.origin.com/store/

What other programs do you have running? For instance when I have steam beta,GoG Galaxy or battle.net running at the same time as origin it affects performance. As far as the web browser what browser do you use?

Hey, it's the end of 2017 and I just tried their solution of going to the online store and sur-*-prise, no shopping cart option. Was planning to buy some Sims 4 Stuff packs but what's the point when I can only purchase them one at a time?
