origin login credentials expired

When I login my origin account, it opens up to the store page and then logs out and states that my login credentials have expired. Help

Restart your PC.

Go to in Origin / Application Settings / Origin Beta Participation-tick-Update to the beta version when available .

Run the setup file Origin with Admin rights http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-do-i-run-a-program-or-a-game-as-an-administrator/#2

I can't use my account that has my games on it, I can't even sign in on the browser. Nothing worked, I reset my password, did what @yahel_1 said to do, but it didn't work. I have no idea what else to do!

I think the only way, is to create an incident using the Talk to a Game Advisor link on the left, and a Game Advisor will assist you.

Select Origin from the list.
Select a topic for the best results.
Scroll to the bottom and select Contact Us.
Select your platform and list a short description of your problem.
Select live chat or call me to request a call back from an advisor.

Does anyone know how to fix this same problem on a Mac?????

I can't play sims anymore because of this... 

I can't reset my password because I no longer have access to the email that it was using which SUCKS. 

The Yahoo email issue is a whole other story....

After tirelessly searching online forums for a solution to this, I finally managed to login by updating my password!

From the log-in page, if you click on 'forgot your password', you will get an email with a link to change your password. It has to include 1 uppercase letter (I used the exact same password I had before!!). I had no issues logging in once I'd updated my password.
