I recently purchased sims 4 expansions, I have tried multiple times to log in to origin and it either just does not load or says that I am offline, so I cannot actually play the content that I bought..
I have tried to contact origin twice now, I am really frustrated that I have wasted money on something I cannot now even play!
I have updated my mac, i deleted and reinstalled origin multiple times and NOTHING.. I am so over it!
Anyone have the same issue and able to fix it? and How do I contact origin?! because I am over getting no response either!

@happyhayley89 Please make sure the date and time on your computer are synced with internet time. Macs should do this automatically, but if you overrode the setting, it's best to undo it. Please also temporarily disconnect any USB devices, just to see whether it helps.
You can also manually uninstall and reinstall Origin. The reset tool misses one file.

If these steps don't work, you can try the others in this Origin troubleshooting thread, or at least those you haven't already:
If nothing else makes a difference, create a new admin user account on your Mac (make sure the name uses only letters and numbers, no special characters), and try to login using that account.
@domingoplata I've moved your post to this therad, since the other thread was a few years old, and the participants have moved on. Please try the steps in my earlier post (run the Origin reset tool, disable proxies), and the ones above if the first two don't work.
