origin is stuck on small white screen before/after login

My origin application has been downloaded for about two maybe three weeks. I only got it to play Sims 4. However, it hasn't been working for a while. At first, it would say I was offline, even though I was connected to stable wifi. Then, I restarted my mac and when I tried opening it, it went to the login, and then a small blank white screen. I got it to work one time, but I don't know why. I added a picture of the screen stuck, please help It's very frustrating.

@lrosser81  Please run the Origin reset tool for macOS:

And make sure you don't have any proxies enabled.  Here's how to check:
