i have gameing laptop and my problem is origin crash

and i have different issu 

charging 

when i plug in origin crash 

and when unplug ita normal working means good working 

can you help me what can i do plz

@pibe86 I had that problem for a while and tried every thing and nothing ever worked, so after a lot of trying i was able to find out that ORIGIN only opens when my laptop is on running on battery and the charger should NOT be plugged in XD

@pibe86 how do i do this? i have uninstalled it and tried to install it again but it couldn't solve the problem, i tried everything which people told to do in this thread but even that couldn't sole the problem. Do i have to make a new account to start it?

Having same problems. It was working a week ago. On a laptop plugged in. Pissing me off can't play Apex or Sims 4. Uninstalled and reinstalled.

Nothing I tried would work and then I followed these directions and I can finally play Sims 4 again. Thank you!!!

I'm having this problem as of 7/6/2020. Every time I log onto my computer it says this exact message. Currently haven't found a fix for it, and I believe it is the reason Apex Legends is crashing three times per match due to another error that can only be fixed by uninstalling both Origin and Apex Legends and then reinstalling both again.
