origin fails to launch

My origin fails to launch, it crashes before it opens (mac). I have tried deleting it completely and then re downloading it, as well as deleting web plug-ins and others... it still wont open it always fails to respond. I have managed to log in and my sister used my account to play it on her computer (pc) and it works for her.

I have a mac OS X El Capitan, 

1.6 GHz Intel Core i5 processer

4 GB 1600 MHz DDR3 memory

please help!! with cherrys on top!!!!
