origin doesnt work

i cant play sims4 because origin doesnt work. when i tried to start it, there is a warning and it says keeping "hang on, that didnt work. origin is busy with an operation that cannot be interrupted. please wait until this operation is completed before continuing" but it is never completed.

Are you on a Mac or PC? In the meantime try running your system in a clean boot. If on PC, then make sure to always run Origin as administrator.

Some additional steps you can try:

• Mac: use the Origin Reset Tool
• PC: clear the Origin Cache
