I've been trying to buy the origin acess premier for two days now.
I've tried both on the Origin client and the website, and every time I try to pay it says "We're unable to process your payment right now. Use a different payment method or try again later. [ref. #4014]"
I've tried with three different credit cards, and I've used this Paypal account on Origin without issues in the past.

Then select 'PC
Manage my Account'
Can't log in
Finally, you can choose to receive a callback or begin a chat.
