orgin wont launch (mac)

My orgin wont launch suddenly it will bring me to the login screen but be blank. It jumps on the doc, stops, jumps then loads. Please help

@simmerpeanut  Try running the Origin reset tool for macOS:

And make sure you don't have a proxy enabled.  Here's how to check:
