online connection battlefield 4

[dice-you-suck]

Game disconnected: you were kicked by PunkBuster. Stated reason: PunkBuster kicked player 'dice-you-suck' (for 0 minutes) ... RESTRICTION: Service Communication Failure: PnkBstrB.exe initialization failed 

i keep getting  this problem for battlefield 4 

my internet connection is good and its not down or anything like that when this happens

it happens every 2-3 mins after i join a game pls help
