not letting me download sims 4 cats and dogs

I downloaded my sims 4 game onto my new laptop along with all my expansion packs. All of them are downloaded successfully except my cats and dogs expansion pack. I tried redownloading origin and the sims 4, I tried pressing repair, I went on the actual expansion pack to press download or add to queue but it just wasn't doing anything and doesn't want to seem to work. Does anyone have any other ideas to fix this?

@mariaanasanchez  Try clearing Origin's cache (Windows) or running the Origin reset tool (macOS).

It may also help to toggle the option to automatically update your games on and off, quitting and relaunching Origin in between.  Some combination of all of this may shake things loose.
