no puedo ingresar a mi cuenta de origin [ Edited ]

muy buenas a todos

tengo un problema antes tenia una cuenta de origin la cual no e usado hace mucho tiempo dado que tenia una computadora antigua para jugar bt3 ahora q tengo una nueva no recordaba la contraseña intente cambiarla e seguido todos los pasos necesarios, lo cambio y me sale que el cambio a sido realizado con exito pero al tratar de ingresar me da error que la el email o la contraseña son incorrectos voy casi 3 dias con ese problema y cuando cree mi cuenta hace casi un año tambien tenia el mismo problema, en si no me interesa esa cuenta de origin xq tengo otras dos mi conflito mas es por que en mis otras cuentas no puedo instalar bf3 xq esta instalada en la cuenta que no puedo acceder

AYUDAAA¡¡¡ QUE PUEDO HACER???

I had a problem before an account of origin which have not used long since had an old computer to play bt3 now I have a new not remember the password, try changing it and followed all the steps, I change and I get it the change been done successfully but when trying to enter gives me error that the email or password is incorrect'm almost 3 days with this problem and when I create my account almost a year ago also had the same problem, if not me origin interested in that account because I have two more my conflict is that in my other accounts I can not install bf3 that is installed on the fact that I can not access
