recently had to get a new HDD. I'm re-installing Crysis3. Not showing up in my library and it says the code has already been use, which it has. Help

In Origin under games tab be sure it is set to show all games if this fails then...

2 Select your game and platform, Then click next.
3 Select a topic and write about your problem.
4 Click next and select your preferred contact method.
5 Ask for a callback if you can as it is fast when I used it.
