need for speed heat preorder

I've tried to preorder NFS Heat twice but it has been billed to my account nor has it showed up in my order history. Is anyone else having this problem?

That's strange. It sounds like the pre-order isn't successfully going through. Try removing all your payment methods from your Origin account and try again. If you're getting any errors, please let us know. keep in mind pre-paid cards cannot be used for pre-orders.

Are you pre-ordering the game through the Origin store? For pre-orders you won't be charged for the full amount of the game right away, but you may see a $1 holding charge until the game's release date.

When you go to your Origin client's Order History to see you NFS Heat pre-ordered there?

I'm ordering the game through the EA website, and it doesn't show up on my order history at all. The $1 holding charge doesn't show up on my bank statements either.

I also pre ordered. it never showed up. tried to bill me twice. I finally contacted them and they cancelled the order manually and had me re order with the promise my account would be refunded. I got a refund of $0.00 on their list. they charged me again and it finally downloaded. it was glitchy and my g27 steering wheel wouldn't work so I requested yet another refund. they was quick to remove access from the game to my account but I still haven't got the first refund from it. tried all day to have them call me back with their support and they keep sending emails about not being able to return the call. this is beyond aggravating.
