My origin does not want to work. I can't get online I am stuck offline.And I can't also update my sims4 properly it could be 16%and after going to be 4%. Please help me

Try to run a clean boot on your PC https://help.ea.com/tr/help/faq/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/  or try to run your Windows in Safe Mode with Networking Click here  and run Origin client as Administrator.
