"my account is permanently blocked from this product due to violation of EA terms and condition "

 

i didn't even use my account for month , it was hacked before that then i restore it and when i tried to use my PS4 i receive this error

 

any one have the same issue

You will need to speak to our Terms of Service team in relation to any ban or sanction on your account @mghannam.

 

The process to contact our ToS team can be found here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

 

  1. Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
  2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
  3. Choose your platform.
  4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
  5. Fill out any other details below.
    • For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
  6. Click Select contact option.
  7. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.

It sounds like the people who hacked the account did bad things in game and got banned....they didn't care cause it wasn't their account, but you are now in trouble.  You can contact EA support and try to get them to deal with it....they will probably refer you to the TOS crew...  You probably have a 50-50 chance to get it unlocked and usable again.....

 

Good luck and go to either PS4 help or EA help site.

thanks for your answer but i tried to contact EA help and they are very slow in the response , i am still waiting for some body to contact me , in the other hand i can't sign in with other account
