I recently reinstalled Origin after a fresh installation of Windows 10. Now in the client my game library has missing and partially incomplete thumbnail covers for my games. How can I get these to show correctly again?

I'd recommend doing a Clean Boot and then try deleting the files again.

Sorry for any confusion this experience has caused.
This is most likely an Origin cache issue. Could you please clear the temp files by following this article?

Thanks. I tried that twice but no luck I'm afraid. I did have an issue though in that I am unable to delete the logs folder within Program Data/Origin. I just get a message saying it is open in another program. As Origin is not running I don't know what is accessing the file or has tricked windows into thinking it is being accessed.
Any other ideas on how I might fix it?
