missing dll file

A game i got wont start because the XINPUT1_3.dll file is missing. how do i fix it?

Hmm ...@dgrandallk

Right-click on DXSETUP.exe and Run as an Administrator.This should fix all the permission issues.

And for this go in C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin games\ your game/ _Installer / directx / redist / -scroll down and you see DXSETUP-right click on it select Run as Administrator

Restart your Pc and you should be fine .

NOTE  you need to go in Origin / My Games-right click on game icon select Repair game and Check for Updates.

DID not work... I have two computers, one is a Windows 7, the other a 10.  Game plays fine on the 7, but nothing that's been posted here has made it work.
