Hi,
when I want to install the free ME2 DLC from the store I click on the 'Get it Now' button, this opens up a window that leads to a 404 not found page. So i can't seem to unlock the following free dlc's; Genesis, Alternate Appearance pack 2, sentry interface, recon hood, umbra visor, firewalker pack, cerberus arc projector, zaeed the price of revenge, normandy crash site, blood dragon armor and the terminus weapon and armor.
They seem to be listed as free dlc but I can't unlock them. I appreciate any help or info you can give me, thanks in advance.
p.s. I included an image from the store page and the 404 error it links to.

I get the same 404 error when I try to download any of the free DLC's...is there any way to resolve this? Seems like a file location issue?

The ME1 and ME2 DLCs can be alternatively downloaded here (For ME2, only the Cerberus network DLCs are free to use.)

Thanks for that link....didn't know about it at all. But because I installed via Origin do I need to beware the warning - "Using these links with a game installed through Origin can cause conflicts, and may cause you to have to reinstall your game and your DLC."
It seems that the Origin client is unable to locate the download pages for the DLC when I go through the recommended way, and the implication is that installing addons outside of Origin might break the game.

I will test the installation of the linked DLCs on an Origin installation later.
In the meantime try to clean your Origin cache:
All settings in Origin (only in Origin not in the games) are back to default settings after this.)
- close Origin completely. (right click on the Origin symbol in the task bar > close)
- Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time.
- Type or copy "%ProgramData%/Origin" (without quotes) > hit ENTER
- Delete all the files and folders in the Origin folder, except for the "LocalContent" folder. (The "LocalContent" folder must remain untouched.)
- Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time.
- Type or copy "%AppData%" (without quotes) > hit ENTER
- Now your Windows explorer should have brought you to your "C:\Users\>your user name<\AppData\Roaming" folder
- Delate the "Origin" folder inside the "Roaming" folder
- In the address bar of your Windows explorer click on the word "AppData".
- Open the "Local" folder
- Delate the "Origin" folder inside the "Local" folder
- Restart your PC. > test
If that don't works, uninstall Origin after this guide. > reboot
Then install the newest version of Origin. > test.
